The audition was authentic folklorico but Fuerte fuerte Fuerte. This time, they didnt do folkloric. They tried (or were convinced to try) Vegas style. And I think what Simon envisioned as a show was something different. I agree that the background was distracting from what they were doing. I still loved it, but I understand the idea that it was a miss. It felt a bit forced and lost the authenticity. Thetecwould obviously be no surprise so it needed to still have the authenticity.
