Iam a Filipino, but even folk songs are so beautiful, in lyrics, composition and dynamics. I believe its part of Filipino culture. When I was still 6 to 7 years old I remember the old and young gather together after a tiring work at the farm, drinking slightly fermented coconut nectar for alcohol and started strumming guitar, all those who would like to sing can sing, even dance. It is a happy gathering that would somehow help to relax after a heavy work at the farm.

When their kids was still toddler, their mom give them a mic for their food ( just kidding) 😆😆😆
