Creator and Executive Producer Simon Cowell returns to the judges' panel along with Howie Mandel. The fact that all he did was his impressions is him criminally under selling himself. I've watched multiple of his full stand-up comedy and they're awesome and incredibly funny. It's possible that maybe he was trying to use his voices to get him on the show and then do his stand-up, but the producers told him he had to stick to his voices; but I feel like he may have been able to win it all had he done both.
