Contestants will vie for a chance to win a $500,000 prize and the ultimate title, the champion of "America's Got Talent: Extreme." Creator and executive producer Simon Cowell will judge alongside WWE superstar Nikki Bella and motocross and rally car driver Travis Pastrana. "America's Got Talent" host Terry Crews will also serve as host for "Extreme." Simon Cowell, Sam Donnelly, Jason Raff and Richard Wallace are the executive producers. I have stage 4 lung cancer. Iam with constant pain every day. I also had throat cancer surgery. I Can only eat a small amount. The rest are with Ensure. I must have lost close to 70 lbs in 8 months. People like him is what gives me strength to face my short painful everyday life. God bless this young man. 😘

Wheelz seems like hes prolly the nicest guy one could ever meet, he has that attitude of total kindness, and what he has become after everything he has had to face and all the obsticles hes had to live... I don't know any of these people but I burst into proud tears when Wheelz nailed the second one. I was already forcing my heart down my throat when it nearly came out along with the vomit because of the first one...and my own vertigo. Good job, man. Bless you.
