Simon had this planned look at his face when he enters. I have a feeling this was personal. He was sabotaged. I know many comedians (as my ex is an MC in the circuit) and they all respect this guy as a hard working and talented comedian. Who also writes for other artists!

I gotta be honest, the first dude wasn't the funniest I've seen (I still laughed at his jokes though) but just seeing him stand on-stage trying to redeem himself and just suddenly hear the buzzer go off was absolutely heart-wrenching. It was really painful watching him struggle to regain his composure. I'm not a comedian but that must have been so devastating.

It was an American law that meant you were legally considered black if you had a single drop of African blood, making you subject to laws effecting black people. What's ridiculous is that this racist law has long since been abolished, but people still go by that rule, calling people "black" when they're actually mixed race.

He probably doesn't have enough material without repeating jokes that were on an old special to make one. Like you need an hour straight of jokes or more which is really hard because they have to be good meaning you have to test them on the road.

Yh, but he wasn’t wrong, all of his jokes have been told before multiple times, and he doesn’t really have a distinct personality. That DOESNT MEAN HES NOT FUNNY, just before you all crucify me for saying it, but it just means he’s not as unique as people like preacher. Some of y’all need to grow up and accept fair criticism, however I can agree that it could of waited and he didn’t need to interrupt with a buzzer
