Personally I like that he does that, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he does that with everyone he meets on the show. Not assuming that they all know him (they may not know him if they’re from another country for example), not putting himself on a pedestal like “yo, I’m Terry Crews!” Just simply “I’m Terry”-casual, relatable, and friendly. He’s easily my favorite host that this show has had.

I enjoyed Ty’s audition! He mentions that he loves Richard Prior and his material sounds like it has a lot of Kevin Hart influence in it as far as it goes with the set up for the punchline.
