My nephew told his mom that nonna pushed him down the stairs and there was blood everywhere, of course there wasn't. My mom freaked, she said this little liar is going to get me thrown in jail 😁 He was always coming up with ridiculous stories. Thankfully, he grew out of it.

I work in a preschool so I completely understand what she’s talking about in the first half. I’m the only person in the school (besides me sister) who has kinky curly natural hair. They’re all white/white passing so the kids and other employees have straight/wavy hair. One day it was wacky hair day and one of the kids had their hair in spikes going up and he came up to me and said “Look Morah (teacher), my hair is wacky just like yours!” I could do nothing but laugh.
