This is probably one of the most heartwarming performances I have seen in any AGT act. What this guy has wrote is a love letter to his mother for helping him follow his dreams and make it happen. Kodi absolutely deserves the golden buzzer.

Never giving up on someone. That’s how. I think she never projected ANY of her insecurities on her son. Anyone else would have succumb to perhaps shame or conditioning or societal judgement but not this mom. She has a fearless dream and her dream brings out the best in her son.

She definitely taught him about the importance of us all loving one another. He sings on that a lot. The type of happiness he projects is obviously one she projects herself. How she see herself is how she sees the world. So she's definitely got a great deal of love for all as her son does too. ❤ Allows him to be himself. That's an unconditional love we all have within ourselves.

My grandma and I watched Kodi's first audition live in 2019. The level of emotions have never been matched by any other act in AGT history. It was such a special moment. Sadly, my grandmother passed away later that year. I always keep her in my heart and remember all the moments we shared fondly, with witnessing Kodi Lee's talent together being one of them.

@@red3here two a week and one super fan vote Semi-Finals: Airing January 29 and February 5 A total of 20 Acts will advance from Auditions to compete in the Semi-Finals. During each episode, we'll see 10 Acts compete, but just three will earn a spot in the Final via one Superfan Vote and two Golden Buzzers. These results will be revealed at the end of the two-hour episodes. So this means next week if this week was Howie and Mel, it means next week will be Simon and Heidi will have the golden buzzers.
