​@@-N-A- her handstands are very good and most of the balancing and all isn't actually on the shoulder but the hands, if you've done a handstand before or you do it regularly, you'd know that.

@@majolat2000 I’ve trained handstand for 3 years lol. You are right that a lot of the adjustments are made with the fingers, which requires a decent amount of forearms strength, but the strength itself comes mostly from the shoulders. Also the fact that she’s contorting the whole time means that there is basically no core involvement

​@@-N-A- she's placing both hands on the same pole so she's using shoulder strength but still more on the hands and fingers, and contorting while in a handstand doesn't change the pressure, it's just as hard as just staying in a handstand
