Yes, the bowling ball is round and it is much harder, esp. when he brought his legs together and put his arms by his side, so no arms or legs to help with balancing, just pure core work, woW; He was only able to do his body in the straight up and down position for a few seconds, but still verY impressive. Even with arms and legs stretched out still Very difficult.

Just watched this guy live on Fremont street in Vegas doing it with all the crowds walking by…INCREDIBLE in person and he does a few more cool tricks during his performance on the street. Had no idea he was on AGT until I googled him the night I left Vegas. If you’re in Vegas, go to Fremont street between 9-11pm and he does several shows like this over and over again. Draws huge crowds and it’s worth the watch! He encourages the crowds to get incredibly close so you really get a sense of how high in the air he actually is…And tip him well!

Plus headstands are usually done with hands or elbows on the floor in addition to the head. Just the head is 1000x more difficult and only lifelong pros can do it at all!
