My son went to Cornish College of the Arts with Jimmie. He was a school favorite and full of talent, especially Jazz composition. He has grown so much over the recent years, His voice is amazing but something about the way he sings makes you watch up close and personal. He is getting exposure. Whether he wins or not, he is a star in the making and will have an amazing future.

He's amazing. His voice is almost beyond description. If he stays in his wheelhouse on song selection I don't see anyone better. He's absolutely crushing it so far. So likeable and the talent is jaw dropping.

This is the result you get when a rare voice type is paired with classical training, yet is singing popular music. Flawless -a remarkable instrument, and he sings from his very soul. Jimmie would be amazing on Broadway but I can tell he can sing just about any style.

I am so glad I caught him before I signed off. So here's a crazy bit of serendipity. I'm an Innkeeper in Vermont. We've been straight out busy and for the past two days THIS song came to me from literally out of nowhere and I've been singing it under my breath going up and down flights of stairs, walking all over the inn doing multiple tasks in the heat (dog days of August), just staying calm and cool is what this song has been doing for me. Flash forward to right now, and I saw Jimmie Herrod, oh! I really liked him, let me hear what song he's doing.......BOOM! AND he completely shined! What a beautiful gift, what a star! I can't wait to hear all your music you want to share with the world! Love from Vermont

The only person in my 37 years of life to make me feel an awe for his singing !! The places his voice takes me I have never been. My heart opens up at the beauty that is him. His soul comes through when he sings and you can feel the love joy and respect he has for his talent. I will buy his music !!! I will listen to it all the time !!

One indicator of truly top-class singing, versus just really good, is being able to hold out those last notes fully and maintaining such power. No early cut-off, full throttle to the end. This was amazing.
