All their performances have symbolic meaning embedded into them and that’s what makes them even more attractive. This is symbolic of the story of how the snake tempted Adam and Eve. Btw, in the Islamic version Eve did not tempt Adam, they were both tempted by a snake and the both ate the forbidden fruit, and hence the dark side prevailed.

@@TheRealMarkees No they don't. It's still lots of cameras and lots of angles. Just for this act the constant frontal p.o.v. But, certainly for the live shows they don't cut away from the stage to the judges or the audience, so we see every moment.

For those who don't speak Arabic the snake is actually citing a verse from a very beautiful poem. It says: روحُهُ روحي وَروحي روحُهُ مَن رَأى روحَينِ حَلَّت بَدَنا Which means : "His spirit is my spirit, and my spirit is his. Has the world ever witnessed two spirits in one body before?" I think it's used specifically to describe how synchronized their bodies are and how they move as one. This is a translation of the whole poem for anyone curious enough even though it fails to capture the enchanting beauty in the Arabic poetry : أَنا مَن أَهوى وَمَن أَهوى أَنا نَحنُ روحانِ حَلَنا بَدَنا نَحنُ مُذكُنّا عَلى عَهدِ الهَوى تُضرَبُ الأَمثالُ لِلناسِ بِنا فَإِذا أَبصَرتَني أَبصَرتَهُ وَإِذا أَبصَرتَهُ أَبصَرتَنا أَيُّها السائِلُ عَن قِصَّتِنا لَو تَرانا لَم تُفَرِّق بَينَنا روحُهُ روحي وَروحي روحُهُ مَن رَأى روحَينِ حَلَّت بَدَنا Translation: I am the one I love, and the one I love is me. This is insane. I've never seen a dance group so coordinated that it just doesn't feel like they are a single organism. You see a single entity rather than a group.

I was a dancer, many years. Ballet, jazz and free style. I KNOW what practice, sweat and tears this takes to pull together. Plus the TIME! All dancers beautiful and flawless plus choreographer is a damn genius to SEE this in his head before he SHOWS it to the girls, then to the world. This act should WIN! HANDS DOWN!

World Talent No. I think what alot of people are looking at is the sexiness that are bringing. A Talented act for Vegas - No. Too many acts that are way better than they are. But in this country- sexiness sells.

This has to be one of the greatest dance acts ever performed, period. Not even on AGT. This is just breath taking and it's their best performance. Even better than their finale. It's just perfection. The music, the story, the mystique the dancing, the surprise introduction of the mystery character, it's just pure genius. Pure genius.

The snake... I cannot get over how BRILLIANT that was. Absolutely freaking brilliant choreography, & almost puppetry, really, in parts! Dance & costuming genius with these ladies moving with timing like a Swiss watch. It's absolutely enchanting!

@Hung Over - the pole dancer didn't do everything on her own, though. She said she works with an animator to create that whole thing. She only comes up with the storyline and she uses others to implement her idea. That's literally the same case here, by the way. The choreographer said in the post interview that he comes up with it all on his own.

I watched this so unique piece of art for more than 20 times and never felt boring for a second. Never seen an audition without a flaw but this one is exceptional. Unbelievable best ever performance, creativity, harmony, music and lights among all GT versions. It’s the best Mayyas performance ever. I truly love you girls ❤️❤️

What impresses me are the effects they achieved simply with well-choreographed body movement and costuming: no computer effects, no flashy lighting, no LEDs, just carefully timed movement, thoughtful costumes design and basic props. It was dazzling.

This show is beyond Vegas. They should be on tour around the world. It was other worldly. I have never seen a Vegas or Broadway show that can compare. There is something wrong with America if they don't win.

Language falls short in describing how amazing and stunning their dance performance was, it seems out of the world, this is far far better than any group dance i have ever seen. Its mind blowing !!!

This group is perfection! From tbe dancers themselves to their choreography to their designs to thwir music to their production! Nothing and I mean nothing in their every performance speaks of slack. It is like watching a whole ecosystem of life live it's life beuatifully! On this particular performnce, I have never seen a slithering creature so stunning and enchanting as what they presented! (I cringe at every creature that slithers)

I've watched every season of AGT and other talent competitions like many of you over the years. We've all seen hundreds, if not thousands of performances, and this I can honestly say has got to clearly be the best of the best of all of them! Hands down! The choreographer is a genius and the dancers are all unbelievably superb.

The synchronicity and imagery for this performance was pure magic and evoked the essence of an enchanting forest to the tee! So full of mystique and so adventurous like staring into a dream about the seductive beauty of nature. This is the best dance act in the whole competition this year! They absolutely should win the whole competition!

The transition between the different dances is so clever. There is always something that distracts you while the girls are repositioning for a new move. Like removing the veil and the snake puppet. You feel like you're watching a montaged show not a live one. This choreography is so clever

Lebanese over here, and I've gotta say, in a beautiful and rich land engulfed in undeserved turmoil, The Mayyas are a beacon of hope and proof that true art will persist in Lebanon and can still spiral out of all the damage it's in. Truly an otherworldly experience. Nothing but respect to all of the massively talented members.

Thank you!!! For once, the camera completely focused in on the act that was on the stage, the Mayyas!!! Nobody cares about the audiences reactions, or the judges interrupting. JUST FOCUS ON THE STAGE! And, on that note, the Mayyas were flawless! What a masterpiece! ❤

This dance is better than the final dance i think a little because the lighting and effects perfectly match what the group needed. I think watching the final dance i was a bit disappointed as it was almost too dark to see some of the dancers movements so the show let them down, they are a fantastic group!

I've watched this show every season and I have yet to comment on a performance but this performance right here deserves everything and more. This is hands down the best act I have ever seen in any season on this show. The time, love and sweat that went into their training for for their time to shine here on AGT is priceless. You ladies deserve all the positivity coming to yall. So much respect for yall.

This is probably the best dance I've ever seen. Slightly terrifying too, as if Sauron made an artistic offering and mentioned "you know I used to dance, back in the day". But terrifying in a thrilling, good way :) Amazing, enthralled by it. It is not an exaggeration that it will change the world.

All their performances have symbolic meaning embedded into them and that’s what makes them even more attractive. This is symbolic of the story of how the snake tempted Adam and Eve. Btw, in the Islamic version Eve did not tempt Adam, they were both tempted by a snake and the both ate the forbidden fruit, and hence the dark side prevailed.
