Once his voice drops I think it will be easier to understand. His pitch is so high (plus he's Aussie) and it's live/he's shouting, so you can't really hear any of what he's saying.

Understand the concept of son and father rapping. If this was just the dad, I think he would win it all. Still cool experience for his son, I personally feel the kid is pitchy but thats with age. It'll develop with age and his annunciation will get better. Simon kinda hit the nail on the head in my opinion.
