That was Sofia Vergara's revenge prank, OMG Simon was really mad because of it but he played along with the script as it was in full media glare. So duo had some fun with the soon to be audience members and also demolished the bust statue that was offending Simon. A very clever way to get rid of the statue because there were four of the statues and Howie could have pushed the person on any statue.
