everyone was like: " oh we can see his trick, he slide this and that bla bla bla ". dude its not a new magic, its a misdirection trick and sleight of hand, what matters is he execute his trick right, of course we can see it easily from camera angle, and i also believe that u guys are trying to find where the misdirection is, performing to people like you are no fun. Just enjoy the trick

I saw a 10 minute explanation of this trick and it's even more magical that anyone can do that in a few seconds without any reveal. May as well have explained how Tiger Woods drives a golf ball.

For those who never saw it. He constantly puts the card back into the bowl. There's also another card with a sticker which wasn't signed. That's when he didn't show the face of the card. Then he also put the whole deck in the bowl and held the one card like they were plenty But his awesome!😂 "Egg looks like howie"😂 and the laugh though!

Jeki will be fine as will all of the "contestants" as they are all professional magicians for some time..... Jeki is one of , if not the best sleight of hand and mind for magic. The extra layer of deception by adding the sticker was simple but clever.

It's amazing trick! The card in 1:44 and 1:57 are a different cards. 1:44 card had the yellow sticker but not signed ,while 1:57 card is the one that had been sign. Truly he is a genius!

1:15 he places card in the bowl and flips it over. 1:31 another card with a yellow sticker is placed inside the deck but this one is not signed, therefore when he reveals at 1:43 you only shown the top part. 1:56 : he places the deck of cards in the bowl and flips it over very quickly, and his only left with one or two and reveals the deck 2:21

Enrique Saenz Latviska is right. Watch carefully. You can catch him putting the deck into the bowl. And yes, there are two dotted cards he rotates. Notice he doesnt show the face of the dotted card the 2nd time it appears in the bowl. He uses great misdirection but if you are familiar with Penn and Teller, you would be able to completely see his "magic" from another point of view.

repetitive and his slight of hand is fairly easy to see if you focus on the egg and not the other stuff he is doing. first at 1:14 the real card he shows off second at 1:29 this one he doesn't show the face so it's a sub. 1:44 he plants the real card back under shows the face 1:56 he hides the deck palmed card change for end into deck reveal

Cracked it! There is another, random card with a yellow sticker on it set up before the show. The second time he performs the trick, notice how he doesn't show the signature? That's because it's the copy, which he discreetly slid into the bowl while the audience was distracted by the first trick. He then used the duplicate card to put back inside the deck to shuffle, meanwhile placing the original signed card back inside the bowl. On the last two tricks, he never had the full deck in his hand; you can literally hear him place it inside the bowl. The very first trick was a simple sliding trick to palm the signed card and place it in the bowl.

"you can obivously see him switch the card in and out" okay but did you catch that the first time? although the trick looks simple, you can't deny he did a good job of showing his trick to the audience and diverting their attention enough so they don't think "wait didn't he just slide it under a second ago?" magic is more than just.... the magic tricks lol it's also about the performance and how you grab the audience's attention. he did his trick well and i'm sure the people will like him especially because of his laugh and his personality

So guys watch at 1:55 There you can see, while he is putting the card outside of the bowl, you can see that he takes the bowl to the whole deck and put the deck into the bowl. He just leaves one card in his hand, so it looks like he has the full deck in his hands but it is already in the bowl...(look permanently at his right hand)

If you pause the video at 1:15 he has his right hand in the bowl. The perfect distraction as he's laying out the rest of the cards to hide the single card. Plus when he takes it out at 1:27 it's slightly bent from the way his hand was pressing on the card while putting it in the bowl.

Okay, so here is my problem. I am seriously losing interest in close up magic acts (but not all) especially when it is a card trick. How many times must I see a card get picked, signed, torn, or whatever then magically be elsewhere? They need to up their acts even more because the ones that performed in the Judge's Cut didn't bring it. Same with Jeki Yoo's act, the same as the rest, quick slight of hands and card is magically going from hand to table, "Sigh, okay I get it". However, I have two that I find pretty interesting and want to see what else can they do and they are Tom London and Will Tsai. Eric Jones would have been another choice but I changed my mind because he screwed up his act but kept going as if nothing happen. You clearly see the mistake like a sore thumb yet he carried on with his act and the judges and audience went wild, seriously. That killed it for me.

On the live watch I didn't initially catch how he did it Only picked up how the trick is done on second watch because now I knew what to look for (and even then he doesn't really give it away, mind you I'm not actually pausing/slowing it down). Conclusion: we know how the trick is done but it's a still very nice performance (all sleight of hand is impressive even if you know they're doing sleight of hand), and as has been pointed out is better when you are in the judges (angles are different). This guy is still talented.

His magic is good but how he performs it isn't good enough. If he practices his english more, I'm sure he would've done better. . . And for the people who say that this magic is bad because they know the trick by seeing this video over and over, you guys are wrong. This magic is good and his hands are fast. By posting magic to the internet, it already is breaking the law of magic which says that one must not show the same magic to the same audience. The thing that makes magic tricks seem magical is that it's only performed once and give the audience that feeling of a surprise.

You're saying that because you're watching a recording from an angle the judges wouldn't have seen, and you can watch this over and over again. Yet, if you were watching this in person you'd be the ''slow and dumb'' one. His sleight of hand, misdirection and timing was great. I'd like to see you try.

Khaled Salhani I wouldn't say dumb, I was fooled the first time, I had to rewind once to see what actually happened. He has great misdirection, like his distracting laugh and his speed with the deck.

Recommendation! i know i already watched this. What he's doing is very obvious, everytime he puts the signed card, the other card with sticker and the deck of cards inside the bowl his face, his actions and the way he talks reveal his tricks.

Well I didn't see it at first, but the point of magic tricks is cheating without them noticing which they didn't (I guess) . But I agree, he isn't that good anyways

i know guys that magic isn't real, but in competition like this you really need to deserve your ticket for the next round, he is the worst magician i have ever seen, everything he did here is so obvious and easy, i hope amateurs like him will not go far.
