"Never judge a book by it's cover" originated in the mid-19th century when it first appeared in George Elliot's novel ( The mill on the floss) It's not a quote by Dhar mann. Dhar mann uses it a lot in his videos just to teach life lessons but it doesn't mean the quote originated from him.
