You go to the good like gig and you could hear a pin drop at the end of a song like that, the crowd is so taken back. It's like everyone forgets where they are for a moment, before coming back to life.

Stephanie grew up in the same town as me, a tiny Irish village, her family are some of the kindest people you could ever meet, they all look after other people whenever they can, to say I’m proud is an understatement, to see someone who deserves this so much get it is amazing and I can’t wait to see how far it goes🥰

From Bandon myself and have been a fan of Stephenie since stumbling across her music before she started getting recognised, very distinctive voice to hear on redfm was happy she got on radio & getting gigs, didn't know about her deal not working out, Hopefully once America hears her other songs they will get behind her, Recognition can be more powerful than winning

oh my goodness this one just killed me on so many levels in 2006 I lost my daughter to cancer she was only 32 years old. I was there when she took her first breath and I was there when she took her last. And I remember thinking please don't go

That was so beautiful and touching. My daughter lost her first two children with horrible complications. Her second child lived a week and she held him for the last hours of his tiny life. I'm going to send this to her. I know she will love it. Good luck to you and I'm sorry for your loss.

The pain and heartache of losing a child never goes away and memories just hit you sometimes out of nowhere. When you lose a child, you lose a part of yourself.

@beckymarnell7644 Hi Becky...yes, it really is.. and there's so many lines in this song , that I could " pull out " and tell you, that this one in particular, hits me the hardest.. and the one I can't get out of my head , is this. ( paraphrasing, ofc..bc idk the exact lines , of how it goes )..." I lay you close down on my chest...cause I know how , to hold you best " ... man , when she sang that line , I totally lost it. Now, here's the kicker...I don't really know the why... I think maybe because up to that point, I had kinda somehow forgotten ( a little bit, anyway ) , that it was written about a baby... a ( toddler?? ) small child...and when it hit me remembering that , it was more than my heart could take. When I think about it's little life , not even started good , and never getting a chance to, that's what got me..I'm sry to bother you with the " reasons " and all that Becky...it's obviously a powerful song.. the number of comments alone, attest to that...and before I go, t want to tell you that I'm sry for ur loss Becky..I know that pain, of losing a parent..I've lost both of mine..I'm sure you two were very close 😢. It seems the closer you are, the deeper the pain.. may the Good Lord lay his healing hands, upon ur mournful heart Becky , take away ur pain and sorrow, and replace it with joy and happiness...the unrest and emptiness, with peace and a heart full of love. Take that love Becky and add some understanding to it , then take it and spread it around with ur family and friends. I'm more than sure, ur remainly family could use some themselves. And don't ever be afraid to call on friends but ESPECIALLY FAMILY for help and support. On those days or times, when for whatever the reason, the day is extra hard...I lost both of mine over 25 years ago, and while it does get somewhat easier, it never goes away. Sorry for your loss.. it’s been a year since my best friend 23 yrs old was shot off his bike in AZ & murdered.. I’m glad they caught the lady who shot him.. but they’re tryna give her 7-15yrs 🤦🏻‍♂️ after taking his life that he was just getting started.. justice system is broke if I did it as a male I’d get life probably

Amazing! I lost my nephew to Cancer, or rather, chemo. At 10, he was diagnosed and passed at 16. I was there while he was dying but left to go home and rest, then he passed,I ran back to the hospital to see him again. What a beautiful, touching, tear-jerking song. God bless her. 😢❤️🙏

@@almaidajohn4594 Thank you sir. Paul in writing in the referenced verses talked about being present with the Lord Jesus when absent from the body. Elsewhere in Eph 3:15 he also talks about a family in heaven and a family on earth.

Wow that was something, @22 seconds in I got a tightness in my chest and felt a whelm of emotions wash over me and when she started singing, it was like the song gave me permission to let go and unburden myself. And by the end of this beautiful song my face was a flood plane of my own held back tears. I am grateful for this gift of release.
