I have been following them on socials for a long time. As a black woman who was once a black girl who was bullied also shamed for liking country music, metal, alternative and anime. I am thankful to see the change even if its been slow. To see positivity in regards to black and brown woman being allowed to take uo space also be different and also be applauded and celebrated for being themselves.

Hello sister from another mister! I am Canadian, a black women and I love everything from Andrea Bocelli to Ramstein, plus reggae, soca and jazz. I am sorry you were bullied. I was fortunate enough to go to a school for the arts, so I got to sing, dance and act my heart out. I loved the performance on the show, but mainly, I wanted you to know that *you are not alone*. I happily walk around with an ACDC t-shirt on singing Back in Black while pointing at my face. I don't care. That's feel good music, and it's a fun joke!

They’re so good 😭 the singing, the choreography I love all of it. As soon as they started I was already hooked by the harmony and then it just kept getting betterrrrr like I was not expecting them to be moving about and have a number choreographed 😱🔥✨ like they made it seem like they were totally giving a concert 😭 I didn’t want them to stop and the judges talking made that illusion of being at a concert fade away so quickly

Tell me why in TF haven't they made it already on the big stage in the music industry? 🤔 I'm just asking cuz The Boykinz have been in the music business for over 12 years now my friend. IMO they shouldn't even be allowed to try out for a show like AGT to use as a platform for free marketing for their own music careers really. I've heard this/their song for the first time half a year ago, and wondered why these girls weren't more famous cause the song was really GOOD (a new style of country mixed with r&b) and they can harmonize like cray. It only had like a 200k+ views and it remained that way when i would relisten to the song unfortunately... Glad to see they're getting a GOLDEN buzz and the recognition they deserve. Don't forget talent needs funding as well! So hopefully they're getting their contract. ❤❤❤

Dear Camera persons, please use some multi-panning & simultaneous picture in pictures of the performance 1st most importantly. Then the judges, the audience, and the presenter reactions, that doesn't take away from the performance. So doesn't disrupt from the enjoyment of the viewers. Also Editors we want to see all of the performance of the talent. We didn't get to see some moments, and it's irritating the moments you missed and or didn't include. Thanks for doing better in the future. If You have the missing footage re-editing and put it out for all of us to watch the performance in its entirety. To me, they sound like if En Vogue crossed over into country music! They do have that R&B sound but with a fresh country infusion in it! Country music does NOT NEED a new direction. Country music lovers like it the way it has always been. Why take it anywhere. Would you take opera, rap, pop, classical or any other genre in a new direction from it's roots. Why totaly erase a certain sound that signifies a genre? U didn't lie it when Taylor Swift tried to call herself country. She finally got the drift and renamed herself POP.

Just as opera and rap and all other genres don't stray from the original feeling they evoke. So make up all the excuses you want. Just don't sing pop rap and opera and call it country. I’m from Georgia and I’m extremely proud of these young ladies. They are definitely going to be big. Although there are other African American country singers, they are bringing something totally different into the country genre with the blending of harmonies, soul, r&b and country. If I was someone in the music industry I would be signing these young ladies now. I really wasn’t a fan of Beyoncé’ doing a country album, but I see the bigger picture if she inspires other people of color to branch out to other genres. We’re not just tied down to hip hop and r&b only. Congratulations!!!
