As a sound engineer in the area Jourdan lives, I've mixed audio for him a half dozen or so bigger performances. Not only is Jourdan a nice, humble, polite, and sweet human being, he has a one in a million voice. I never tire of listening to him sing. Just extraordinary. Go Jourdan!!!

Huh? All of a sudden you made an old memory Flash in my head. Now I'm trying to figure out if it was in my real life or something I saw on TV. Hummm???? Where would I have seen it in real life? Anyways, there was this guy who sang and played the guitar, and was with a group or a band performing somewhere. He was very talented, but he just ended up back singing and playing the guitar in the street. I saw him. Maybe it was in Harvard Square. But this would have been a long time ago now. Point being, often very talented singers end up back in the street performing.

Y'ALL!! He sang the first dance song at my BFFs wedding in NOLA in April. Stole the show. Stunning voice. I said to my table "that guy needs a golden buzzer"!! Got a chance to say just that to him after he was done and said "you should watch AGT this season". Well done, Jourdan!!! I can't wait to watch your star shine!!!! ❤

Definitely has the most humble personality and amazing voice. I’ve seen him perform on the streets and he stopped us all. He draws a crowd and even some people cry hearing him. I recorded him and was telling my people that this is our free show cause next time we see him will be on stage with sears we need to pay for.

Paints the picture his parents gave up on him and his grandpa took him in instead when he found this out. I just watched his TikTok. One of the first videos on there was him consoling a lady during one of his street performances. He stopped with tears in his eyes looked at her and asked if she needed a hug. The lady hugged him crying and then thanked him. It was a very beautiful moment.

What I really love is hearing how his granddaddy took a chance on him and went and picked him up from the bathroom where he was sleeping in the place that he had been working and said you stay with me now because his mom was a cop and his dad was a lawyer and you could imagine how hard that was when he was 16 and quit school and had to leave home and be homeless! We all deserve a chance. I’m so happy for him. I hope he goes really really far.❤❤❤

My friends and I were in New Orleans in October last year and we were just moving quickly through the streets trying to get to where we were going until we heard him. I was the first to stop. All I said was “wait” and we all stopped walking, talking and we just listened. I thought to take my phone out to record but I didn’t want to miss a second of it. He is genuinely incredible to hear in person!

Last week my daughter and I were in New Orleans and watched Jordon sing, on the street, in pouring rain. He sang Prince's, "Purple Rain". This young man is the absolute nicest I've met in a long time. I handed him a note to please sing a song for my daughter - She's somebody's daughter. With the note, I gave him a $20.00. He read the note, handed the money back and apologized, saying he didn't know the song. I told him it didn't matter, to please try. He smiled and said he hopes he didn't ruin the song. A few minutes later the song came over the speaker. Jordan was listening to the song and occasionally singing along. The next thing I knew, my daughter and I are standing in the pouring rain while Jordan sings the song just for her. He listened to the song once, then sang it beautifully. Jordan has no idea what he did for my daughter and I. As in all families sometimes parents and teenagers clash, but my daughter will always be somebody's daughter, she will always be the love of my life. Standing in the rain, on a street in Louisiana a young man I've never met, helped me to show my daughter my absolute love for her. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My grandfather was the light in my life. I only had him until I was 15. I wouldn't be the person I am today without him. He was a double amputee, but super independent even though he had a home health nurse. She was more like family than an employee. That's just the type of person he was. Only 73 years on this earth, but I never forgot one moment I had with him. I wish I had him longer, but I am grateful for time I had with him.

I said the exact same with Kelly Clarkson! When she toured in 2012, she made a pit stop in ABQ, NM. My youngest daughter was 6 and loved her! I have the best pics from her concert and since it was my daughters 1st concert I paid to get those front row tickets 💸💸! Lol, so your comment brought me back soooo many Memories lol! ❤❤❤
