People salty that he made fun about a disabled person need to chill I'm I'm a wheelchair because I'm paralyzed partially on my legs and I personally don't care if friends or family make fun of my disability because I know they are joking and it's not a big deal so he probably has that same kind of relationship with his girlfriend so stop getting your panties in a wad if you don't understand someone's relationship/situation you act like he called out all people with a disability he said one person so just get over it people it's no big deal

James Lacerenza Thank you, people just have to notice the difference between a joke and someone being ignorant and making fun of disabled people it's weird when a friend will make a funny joke about me and I'm laughing and other people around me get offended for me and it's kinda awkward 🤷🏽‍♂️ I just want to be treated like anyone else and sometimes I have to take some L's from my friends 😂

DreamingTata VeganMama I said there's a difference in making fun of people because someone is ignorant and making a funny joke I don't condone putting someone down because there disabled, but personally being in a wheelchair in high-school I just want to fit in I hate being treated differently like need help or something I want to be treated like any other kid and I'm just saying I don't mind joking about my disability it's funny to me it's honestly worst when people think oh I can't say or do that to him because he's disabled it makes me feel left out and it sucks cause I just want to be normal I hate to stand out for being "disabled" I want to stand out for who I am not cause I'm that kid in the wheelchair so it's okay to me if friends joke about me I have a sense of humor and don't get offended by people because I know they don't mean it, but that's just how I feel about it other people may not like people joking about their disability you just have to know what kind of person they are and this comedian's girlfriend is most likely the same as me.

Omg it's a comedy act, it's not that serious. Every single comedian makes jokes about controversial things, which in this case isn't even controversial. People are so sensitive sometimes it's annoying. I'm sure this was probably a made up story so everyone's getting bent out of shape about a fictional girl who doesn't even exist. I like how the triggered people who didn't think this was funny are the smaller comments, while the huge comments are the ones giving him praise and acknowledging his hard work. I think it just goes to show that the minority of angry, unhappy people are like a tiny community, and are the only ones liking each other's comments so that the bubbling happy comments rise to the top while annoyed and angry comments stay at the bottom. It's even proven by the fact that some of the comments had the exact (or give or take a like) same amount of likes.

The longer comments who say he's funny have to be long to try and justify it as being funny. It takes a while to explain something that REALLY isn't funny that it's funny when it plainly and simply is NOT FUNNY. It's a one liner to say ' he's not funny'.

This guy isn't actually a preacher. It's just that his FIRST NAME is Preacher. I was thinking he was a preacher all this time too.

His first name is NOT Preacher. He even explained at his first audition that it's a nickname he has had since he was a kid, all because everyone always said he was going to be a preacher when he grew up.

OK i Just Love this guy. I don't know him but I can tell that he is so down to earth and just got a heart of gold. What you see is what you get. Preacher Lawson all the way...we don't want sob stories (although I truly feel for them) but we need comedy in this life. laughter is free medicine ya'all....GO PREACHER!!!!

After his audition on AGT, I watched all of his comedy acts that were posted online. So even though I watched this one already and knew the joke, it was still funny the second time around which is how you know he's a good comedian.
