I know right? As a dancer myself, I have always felt that 60+% of every performance is due to the talent of the choreographer and the other 40+% is due to the talent of the dancers….so annoyed that they didn’t give credit to their choreographer on air. Bad juju!!! 😢😢😢 Even though Brent Street dancers are phenomenal, I am ashamed to be an Aussie dancer right now because there is no way that I would ever not credit the choreographer!!! 😢

Paris Cavanagh is a former student of Brent Street and is a brilliant choreographer. All of the choreographers at Brent Street are amazing. They train, mentor and love these kids. They are the most dedicated, talented, hard working dancers ever! Way to go Brent Street!

"even" shaking hands? Shaking hands is Howie's biggest issue or at least his most obvious/public one, while I think he's long been OK with hugs, which don't transmit germs like touching hands does.

This wasn't a wild acrobatic group dance routine we have become accustomed to, but I think I enjoyed it even more. It was literally a perfect dance combination of creativity, synchronization, storytelling backed my an outstanding track that blended beautifully. This is pure art, well deserved buzzer.

This was absolute perfection! In every way possible! I’ve been in the business for 60 years, including being a professional dancer, teacher, dance, studio, owner, adjudicator for dance, competitions, and master class convention teacher. I have never seen anything like this! This choreographer is brilliant, brilliant brilliant! Her grass for storytelling with the music is above top Notch her use of 30 dancers and staging is exceptional! And how she was able to get them to be 100% in unison the entire dance is quite a feat! Especially when Every single dancer up there is telling the same story!!! which is truly an amazing accomplishment!

Simon was right about the brains behind this. This was choreographed by Paris Cavanagh, an other-worldly, uber talented dancer and choreographer. Brent Street executed it to perfection. What a treat for the eyes, heart, and mind.

When you listen go listen to the lyrics of the song and how the dance was orchestrated it's very touching. Especially the end when everyone tries to attack the main dancer & they miss while he gets away and jumps off the stage it is a representation that "you can't take me down!" I replayed that part so many time!

The dance, the story, the execution. This was one of my all time favorite dance acts on AGT in years. I can’t imagine the choreography, time in rehearsal, and just plain ideas and creativity to make this happen. Kudos to all of these people and I hope they go very far in the competition 🎉

“Hope” was also used by US skater Ilia Malinin to become World Champion. You have to see that too. He acted his entire performance, as they did, including 5 amazing quad axles. Something about the lyrics pushes people to express their best. 🎉

As many others have already pointed out, there is an extraordinary link between the music, the lyrics and the dance here that almost assuredly none of the judges picked up on and likely most of the audience missed. To have a dance that is so intertwined with the lyric that actually tells a story is rare, though should be standard in dance in my view. Cannot wait to see where they go.

I do not know what is so mesmerizing about this dance corp, but I have been rewatching this performance at least 3 times a day. The energy is still so intense that it makes me tear up each time. Paris did a excellent job of pairing the choreography with the music. It made the music so much more real. Huzzah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's one of the best choreographies I've seen in a long time. V unbeatable will always hold the best standards for dance groups in terms of acrobatics, daredevilish heights... but it's the choreography, precision, and timing. First the Mayas, the Japanese groups in 2023, now Aussies... I LOVE AUSTRALIA! Ya'll don't understand how much rehearsals this involves. Like... Wow. Whoever the coach, the person who put this together. Hats off to them.

This group is from Brent Street where if you get accepted you are training to be a professional dancers. The choreographer I believe is Paris Cav who is outstanding and I hope this gets Paris’s choreographing known around the world. But that’s why it felt so establish, as these kids will be somewhere in the advanced dance or musical theatre diploma training for professional jobs over the coming years. Many of our professional musical theatre industry come from Brent Street. There’s also tv series about a year in the life of Brent street students.

There are so many of these acts now that it gets to a point where they get boring. Then up step this group just wow. Make it different , make it unique to themselves and blow the roof off. Well deserved golden buzzer

A lot of the dance acts are generic, or the songs are boring and generic or there’s some sort of dubstep part thrown in. But this was gorgeous and so damn creative and actually told a story.

Man, that was a masterpiece of a performance. You could feel every emotion and their movements really told the story within the song so well! Each member of the dance troupe played their role to perfection, and I can't wait to find out what their next story to dance out will be in the live show! They deserve to be in the finals! Go Brent Street Dance!!!

My sincere standing ovation to the choreographer! The song is strong and the dancers reflect every word in those lyrics. Really good! It takes a loooot of creativity, excelent coordination, extensive and intense practice, passion and expression, pain tears sweat resilience and perfection! Congrats guys!!! Now please can we ever see you performing in the US?

I think this is one of the first times I’ve ever seen “a story” told so well through dance, they had so many symbols that were just so obvious, yet quick and precisely. Well done!
